If the address submitted on your order is incorrect and your parcel is returned to us we will gladly re-ship to your correct address but you will be required to pay the postage. Alternatively, when we receive your returned parcel from Canada Post we can refund your payment less the original postage cost as we must pay Canada Post for the cost of the return postage - yes, we have to pay to get our goods back!
