Airmail small packet takes 16 -21 business days** and does NOT have insurance or tracking. Please bear this in mind if selecting it as your shipping option as all the risk is on you! There is very little Postal accountability which is why it is so cheap. If your Airmail small packet parcel is lost in transit Canada Post cannot trace it and will not allow us to file a Missing Parcel claim until 30 calendar days after the date of mailing. **This method is only available for international orders under $50.00
Ground Expedited takes 10-14 business days** and has both insurance and tracking. If your Ground Expedited parcel is lost in transit Canada Post can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.
Express Post is guaranteed delivery within 7 business days** (not counting the day of mailing) and has both insurance and tracking. If your Express Post parcel is lost in transit Canada Post can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.
DHL Courier is guaranteed delivery within 7 business days** (not counting the day of shipping) and has both insurance and tracking. If your DHL Courier parcel is lost in transit we can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.
